Mommy or Daddy and Me Ages 18 - 35 months Combines the use of circuits and group play to teach skills in a fun, safe and interactive way. One parent or care giver must participate.

Pre School Gymnastics Ages 3-5 Students must be 3 years old to participate. This class is an introduction to gymnastics events in a fun and safe manner. This is the first no parent class. Children begin to learn the basics of gymnastics.

Tumbling Ages 9 - 17 Boys & Girls Tumbling only, Health & Reading Workshops- Great for cheerleaders and dancers wanting to focus on tumbling only. * Students must be able to perform cartwheels, standing backbends and handstands.

Intermediate/Advanced Ages 9 - 17 Boys & Girls * Students must be able to perform cartwheels, standing backbends and handstands. Younger students may be considered after testing. Gymnastics, Acrobatics, Rhythmic Gymnastics and Tumbling.
